Welcome to Roissy Val d'Oise! Thank you for your interest In our Dominant training program. We are a highly-motivated creative group of friendly and helpful people. We enjoy exploring our inner natures through education and experience, engaging in quality role-play in intense and enlightening ways, maintaining a high level of social interaction and just plain have fun. We strongly support the concept of playing safe, sane and consensually.

AVATARS NOT YET 60 DAYS OLD are eligible to join our basic group and become a Famille member but are not eligible to enter one of our training programs or roleplay with other members. Please hold this application until your avatar is at least 60 days old. Until that time, we encourage you to be our guest to dance at events and attend workshops, becoming acquainted with our members and develop an understanding of how the sim works.

*** THREE THINGS TO DO BEFORE SUBMITTING THIS APPLICATION ***

1. It is highly encouraged that you take an informative tour of our facilities so you are more aware of the beauty and completeness of our community. Ask most any Debutante, Demoiselle, Sister, Dom, Master or Maitre to arrange one. You can also make a request in group chat.

2. You must attend our "Introduction to VdO" workshop as soon as you can to gain a much better understanding of our community, Its benefits, rules and expectations. Our workshop/event calendar is located at http://www.roissy-vdo.com/. You need to attend and understand the content of this class before getting an interview for the training path. Save the text of this workshop into an NC, as you will need it for your interview.

Below is a brief description of our Dominant training objectives. There is no time limit to complete this training.

Note: Roissy is not accepting new Domme applications. Questions on this policy can sent to Maitre René (geir Resident).

Dom Intern

This is your first phase of training.

This is an educational phase where you learn about Roissy and the basics of D/s and BDSM. You will request simple role-play scenes/tasks involving submissives to serve you refreshments and perform basic chores around the sim. This stage is designed to awaken those dominant feelings inside you. Your education will consist of attending workshops on subjects like safewords, limits, initiating a scene and aftercare.

This phase also gives you a chance to read or watch the Story of O and understand the theme of the sim. You will also do some basic collar training. This phase is a sexually-restricted phase so you are able to focus on completing your tasks / workshops and quickly progress to the heart of your training as a Dominant. If you have a submissive under your collar when entering this training path, your submissive will be allowed to enter the Courtesan training path, subject to your restrictions.

Dom

The second phase of your training will get a little more advanced in your discussions of safewords, RLV and discipline and workshops on emoting and roleplay, collar use and stages of submissive behavior during a scene. You will perform additional negotiated scenes and spend time keeping our submissives busy with creative chores. In this stage, you will be interacting with our submissives in both discipline and sexual scenes In a safe, sane and consensual way as you work your way toward the Master role. You will also be required to participate in debutante initiations and do one final task which will be designed specifically for you. You will become an expert at giving tours of our wonderful community.

Master

In the Master role, you will be expected to be fully knowledgeable of all of the rules. You will help in correcting anyone that might be violating them, using IM and maintaining a respectful attitude. The applicant will not have to be reminded of rules like where leashes are, and are not allowed, or be reminded of the place of a visitor during ceremonies, etc. This is a Master's opportunity to prove their skills as a leader and mentor.

Maitre

This role is not for everyone but offers you the opportunity to give back to the community. Maitre will be expected to regularly mentor less experienced Dominants/Masters. Although the Dominant Supervisor will recommend, approve and monitor the mentor assignments, the Maitre are encouraged to seek out dominants that are in need of mentoring. The mentor role of the Maitre is to guide and advise the Dominants in their path. The Maitre must maintain a consistent presence and be actively participating in the sim to keep Maitre tag.

Please note that the above listing of "tasks" may change or adjust over time. This is a basic understanding of what to expect while completing training here. At your interview, you will be given the most up to date training guidelines that you will follow. Also note that there are dominants training under previous guidelines and may be working on different tasks than you.
